Awesome service! Courtney was so knowledgeable and courteous. She showed me how to use my new hearing aids. How to clean them, change the battery, change the volume and everything else I needed to know. She also gave me some pointers. I did not feel rushed at all. Great experience!

My experience was 5 stars all around from the first phone call with Erin who was so friendly and efficient. She was able to schedule the appointment the next day. The final steps of my son choosing hearing aides was an amazing experiemce. Courtney did an awesome job of making this pleasant for my son. She was so patient and very knowledgeable. My son was a bit anxious as he has not worn his original hearing aides for many years. I will recommend Holly's Hearing Aide Center to anyone I know that is needing hearing evaluations/ hearing aides. Thanks so much. My son left Holly happy and is looking forward to getting his hearing back with his new hearing aides. We couldn't be more pleased with the services we received.
