If you have ANY bladder / urology related issues I would definitely recommend Urologist, Dr. Spirnak, at Metrohealth. I was fortunate to have been referred to him when I was diagnosed with having a gross hematuria of the bladder; (blood in the urine) and the cause was unknown. Dr. Spirnak did a biopsy of my bladder and found a benign tumor, which he removed. He and his staff have seen me every six months for a follow-up cystoscopy, after the tumor removal, for over 2 years now. Note, I can honestly say the procedures are painless. He and his staff are truly attentive, professional, respectful, and extremely caring. He's the best in his field!

Doctor Spirnak is a good doctor and I trust him with my urological care. I appreciate him and his staff taking the time reviewing and answering all my questions and concerns about my tests and procedures he has performed. During my visits I did not ever fill rushed or slighted. He is very sincere, caring and nice. I will most definitely refer Dr. Spirnak to family and friends needing Urological care. Jim Smenda
