Keith is awesome, I had an 80s wall clock that just stopped working. Keith looked at it, gave me repair options and repaired it exactly how he said he would. Keith takes the time to explain the clock and his repairs. Very reasonable on price and very timely for repairs. I will only use him in the future for all my clock repairs.

Awesome selection of clocks for sale. We bought several clocks from Keith. My favorite is the tall grandfather clock. A must see place.
Had to visit the clock shop due to Black Forest Cuckoo clock that decided it didn't want to run any longer. Clock Master was very knowledgeable about cuckoo clock and took the time to explain, while I was there some potential causes of the clocks performance. I feel very confident that my clock will be up and running very soon and plan on using the clock shop again as needed in the future.

After waiting over two years, I finally got a demand to pick up my clock. I was so disgusted that I told him to keep my clock. My initial impression was that he was high priced but that he would do a good/timely job. I was wrong.
This is the best clock shop we have ever been to. We have brought clocks to several times. if you're looking for a quick turnaround, this probably isn't the place to go. But if you're looking for it to be done right, this is definitely the place to go. We had a mantle clock and he did great work on it. Earlier, I had an antique china clock that did not work and that had a tip on it that was broken and glued. He actually took the clock apart, sent the China off to get it fixed for us, and fixed the clock that has not worked in over 40 years. It took a while, but it was well worth the wait. He also has some clocks in there for purchase. I purchased an old navy clock for my husband because he has served in the Navy. His work is well worth the wait. Also, he stands by his estimates, which is unusual in this day and age. We highly recommend this business.
Absolutely horrible experience. Had Keith fix a clock for me and a month after I got it back it started making a clunking noise and not working correctly. Keith told me it was just the gears loosening up. I trusted him, but on e it totally stopped a couple of months later I took it somewhere else. There I was told that it should never clunk and that noise was it starting to break. By running it more cost me a lot more to get it fixed again.
Seabolt took the time to do meticulous work repairing an antique clock for us. It takes time when you are look for original parts all over the country. Very pleased with the outcome.
