Update. Scheduling an appointment is just an absolute nightmare. Long wait times, phones that just ring and ring without an answer, people just pick up the phone mumble something then transfer you into phone hold hell. C’mon VA you can do better than this!!!

Mixed review. Great when you can get into a provider but absolute nightmare trying to get scheduled. Phone system puts you into a perpetual loop of main menu-scheduling-back to main menu. The occasional time you do get a human to answer they give horrible attitude or just hang up. Call back requests go unanswered. Online system isn't any better - requires me to validate my id every time then states my id has already been validated and to log in. Attempt to login and it asks you to verify your id. round and round and nothing happens.

Such a pain to come here. They make “healthcare” a terrible experience be prepared to drive an hr to your appointment only to wait an additional hour. They tell you to drink 32 ounces before you come to your appointment after holding my bladder for hours and then making me wait another hr upon arrival is so frustrating. Going to try and look into other healthcare services sucks when you’re a veteran put your life on the line and it feels like 2nd class healthcare

Why do you suppose somebody would remove the property from the PRRC constantly when we enrolled in the program for recovery can somebody please explain this to me? If a picture is worth 1000 words what is the video worth? @CoachZeeeee google.it #brending is brandingfriending (c)2011-2019 (r)(tm) All Rights Reserved
