I recently bought a beautiful used Lexus and my experience was nothing short of stellar. I went in by myself that day, I'm a hard working single mom, and they literally did a car reveal for me- in the middle of the dealership with everyone clapping for me- made me feel amazing and HAPPY. From my salesman Abed Darwish to their finance gal Donae to the service manager who heard I hadn't eaten and made sure I left with a brown box lunch- they were all wonderful. Their follow up after I left has been perfect, not too much, just checking in and letting me know they appreciate the business. Metro Lexus has a client for life and definitely has me talking about my experience that I won't forget. Thank you Metro Lexus!!

My husband and I had an outstanding experience at Metro Lexus. It began with Terry, our salesperson who is the utmost professional. She provided all the information we requested and went the extra mile to ensure all our questions were answered. She has a warm and caring personality, too. The process was only 10 days to delivery- exceptional! At delivery, we met with Denae, the Finance Director and she too was exceptional in her area of expertise; thorough and well prepared. Finally, Skylar, the Technology Specialist appeared, like a genie and she truly was. Her role is to instruct and clarify all technology questions of which there were many. There is so much technology in cars today that it can be overwhelming. Skylar was patient, kind and so knowledgeable. Finally, we drove off in a beautiful RX350, SUV. I just took delivery on a new ES 350 F Sport. This was my second purchase at Metro Lexus. I started my buying experience with an online inquiry and follow up communications with Desiree. The car I wanted was not available in the surrounding area. Desiree presented me with several options and helped me get my car. Skylar and Tori went over the operation and technology features of the car, which are quite amazing. They were patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. If anyone is thinking about buying a Lexus, I’ll tell you this. My 2011 ES350 with 125,000 miles on it has never once been in the shop for repair. That’s one reason I came back for another one.
