Our request to have a substantial leather sleeper sofa removed from our home was promptly booked for next day service. Two gentlemen arrived well within the time parameters for the job and quickly, efficiently removed and loaded the sofa on their truck. They were friendly, courteous and professional. There was a large snow storm and it collapsed our awning in the backyard. I called on Saturday at 12 pm. I had a quote within 15 minutes. They came out on Monday as planned. They were very professional and on time. To come out during a winter in Cleveland and with COVID-19 still around, I admire their work ethic.
