Its a smaller version of Party City. It cares the exact same products as Party City but some pricing and services are higher. *Its located in a suburban area of Cleveland.(about a 1hr drive fr9m downtown Cleveland) Easy access from freeway or on city street (Mayfield Rd.) *I like this store because it gives you a mom and pop vibe upon entering. The staff do greet you at the door but after that, your on your own. *I bought decorations for a birthday party. *I would have gave 4 stars but not one staff walked up to me to offer their services. Finally after 10 min in the store, I asked for help.

Loved going in here today! The store is well organized and it’s easy to stroll along the wide isles and browse, or run in and grab just what you need. Really something for everyone. At the counter, the staff was beyond kind and giving, the type of people that make a place good to be in!
