Called in regard to a bankruptcy case and the man on the phone was very unhelpful. I was asking simple questions about payments and he told me I don't know what I'm talking about I need to contact my legal department. I explained I don't have a legal department and I just needed a little clarification. Would not recommend this law firm as they clearly expect you to call them and be the lawyer yourself and if you don't know an answer, practically call you an idiot.
