ABC Refreshments Company prides itself on its customer service and communication – this is certainly not the reality. ABC Refreshments made ongoing false and unfulfilled commitments from the start of doing business with them almost 2 years ago. We tried to give ABC Refreshments the benefit of doubt and continued to work with them, but it only became worse. ABC Refreshments would not show up to refill the machines, stocked expired products, and would agree to accept food requests and the ignore the request, they spoke poorly of their workers/driver and ALWAYS made excuses. They showered how little they valued us as a customer when they no longer returned phone calls or e-mails. It took this ABC Refreshments almost a month to retrieve their equipment after multiple requests.

i have call number of times for them to come and fill there vending machines in my hotel but never hard back from them i call for over 3 and a half week and never got a hold of any one
