The meat case here is a work of art. You can buy cuts of meat, custom sausage blends, and meat already marinated and ready to go. You can also grab a table and order. We stopped in for lunch and had the special: pork tacos. Delicious.

Saucisson - Awesome Butcher shop, and more, run by two great lady butchers who really know their meats. Their meats are top quality and locally sourced. & their handmade sausages, spice rubs, and sauces are worth every penny!!! Catering and onsite events are available. Sunday's you can have brunch in the store while you shop! Check out their website for pop-up events and Farmers Markets. Look for classes you can take right there in the shop! Lean how to break down a pig or how to make your own sausage! Melissa K. & Penn B. (owners, butchers & chefs) are a great addition to the revitalization of Slavic Village in Cleveland, OH.
