Jason, Chris and Lauren have been fantastic to work with! I can't recommend Sheiban Jewelers enough. Every time I have an opportunity to talk with Jason, I leave with an education and a better understanding of fine timepieces, and how they've evolved over time. I am very pleased with my entire experience with Sheiban Jewelers. I have been looking for a Tudor Black Bay 58 for a very long time, and Emily helped me find the exact one I was looking for. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and even uncovered a BB58 in the steel bracelet. Simply amazing!
I was seeking an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 6 years. I decided to see what a local jeweler could offer. Sheiban Jewelers showroom was beautiful and inviting. You could easily spend hours talking to one of their qualified staff members. Chris was especially helpful, showing me settings from the various designers as well as inhouse offerings. He is very knowledgeable and can make even the most novice buyer feel more comfortable. He made a list of all the settings I liked. My girlfriend did the same a couple months later (thanks pandemic). We came to a decision on the setting and Chris had diamonds brought in for my approval. He nailed it with his first pick. The diamond was brilliant and timeless. We are very happy with the ring and would recommend Sheiban Jewelers to all friends and family.
I recently visited Sheiban Jewelers in order to find a luxury watch for a big milestone in my life. Renee and Jason went out of there way to make sure I found something that was really special for such a big occasion. I have frequented Sheiban Jewelers in the past and they have always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Sheiban Jewelers, it’s a beautiful Jewelry store. I had a wonderful purchasing experience at Sheiban Jewelers. I'm a watch enthusiast & I wanted to change up my collection through a trade-in of a watch that wasn't getting any wrist time. I visited several different Jewelers in the Cleveland area, but none of them compare to Sheiban. On my first visit, I met Zach M., who I honestly just enjoyed speaking with about watches. I think we spent at least an hour looking at everything from Omega, Tudor, Breitling, and Rolex. We also discussed a potential trade-in for a Rolex and I agreed to come back the next day. I knew that Zach wasn't going to be there the next day and I didn't think I could possibly have such a good experience two days in a row, but luckily I was wrong. The next day I met Jason S. who I also had a great experience with. I think I spent another two hours at the store that day and Jason & I spoke about various watches and of course the trade-in. I was given a very fair offer on my watch and decided to move forward with the purchase of a Rolex. During the experience, I had the opportunity to meet some of the other members of the Sheiban team, and I was incredibly impressed. I even had the opportunity to speak a little German :) As someone who spends a lot of time with watches, I love the fact that that passion is shared at Sheiban. They have definitely won a new relationship and I won't be going anywhere else for watch purchases!
