We used to have ADT and were way too expensive and so we went with Sievers who is local and does a better job at a lower price. We've had them for a number of years and would recommend them to everyone. And for those who have given Sievers a poor review, you must have been dealing with another company. I have never had any problems with Sievers. The most pleasant staff and technicians I have every talked to and met. Never overcharged, never an argument, always great service.

I also do not write reviews but I am soooo mad with this company. Like many other reviews they never did the original job we had agreed on. We let that go, that was a mistake. Now we have been having issues with a \low battery\ after MANY failed attempts and misinformation we are exactly where we were months ago with no resolution. They are quick to charge you for a service charge though. Ready to move on to another company, glad our contract will be up soon!
I don't usually write reviews, but my best friend got totally scammed by these people -- do not use them. They are shady and only care about getting money. Even with a contract, they didn't complete the work and they had to hire someone else to complete the job that sievers charged their account for. find a reputable company that isn't in it to steal from clients.

DO NOT USE THEM. They charged over the amount they said they would from the initial deposit, never finished the job, then charged us again. We are out over 5,000 for a job I had to hire another company to complete. We've been disputing since January. They kept my CC on file and randomly charged amounts. They are liars and thieves. Stay far, far away!!!!!!
