Save yourself and fly with anyone else!!!!!. Had a 24 hour delay, had to sleep on the floor in the airport, and buy a days worth of food at the airport. Spirit gave me a 50 dollar voucher to make up for this. Disgusting service. Spirt I hope you can get your act together.

Cancelled our flight to Cancun 2 weeks before leaving. Cost an extra 500 to rebook late thru a different airliner.
I agree with TED... Always a good flight experience with Spirit... Especially because they have the best pilots... It has been smooth take off and landings compared to other airlines... If I experience any issue it's usually a annoyance from another passenger .. so that's it, Spirit cheap flights attract certain individuals that dont have best regards for others... my last flight, the guy had his ear buds so loud I could hear his music on the next row... Unfortunately today I have given one star due to the fact that Spirit is not practicing social distancing... Spirit does not leave the middle seat open, they are packing full flights.... And they are not cleaning properly especially due to COVID, so the seat bar next to my seat was very nasty dirty ....see pic... Clear indication that they are not cleaning properly (I believe the flight attendant said they were a Chicago crew) (flight from Cleveland to LA).. Also, they are not enforcing social distancing on the passengers... The flight attendant clearly stated that when exiting the plane each row stand up once the row in front of them have exited....uggggh so there were the few of course that didn't listen/ care... (Sparked a few arguments). But Spirit attendants did not enforce social distancing upon exiting the plane... The attendants exited the plane first... very disappointed in one of my favorite airlines..
Very bad service!! Will never fly this airline! It should be illegal the way they over book the flights. I pre-selected my seats (paid for them) and got yelled at by a very nasty lady she said I was supposed to be there 2-3 hours earlier. She teased me about missing the flight. (It departed early) (another lady explained to me what happened) I had to pay another airline to fly that day. I wish I could give no stars.
Great flight an prices. But they always have a full flight... I thought we had to social distance, 2 people to a row not 3...
