Have been using X3 on limestone, concrete, mortar and other stone since 2007. This product is easy to work with, and does a beautiful job of reducing algae growth in ponds and water features by sealing up the stones and concrete that leach lime. We reseal this pond every 2 years, it gets a lot of sun, owner loves how the pond performs now.

I had a stamped concrete installed this summer and wasn’t happy with the color. I found the water based concrete stain on Etsy and ordered 3 samples to check color. I ended up ordering a gallon of the light brown and a quart of the orange and mixed them together to get the correct color I was looking for. The application was very easy and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks for saving me 1000 which I was quoted by another company to “fix” the color. All in I paid less than 200 and have a very professional finish.

Used the Water based dye and Sealer on an 25 year old interior basement floor with imperfections. I put down a base color and came over the top of that with another color. The results were fantastic. VERY pleased with the water based dye and their sealer. Fast shipping and great customer service when I called with questions! Highly recommend! Consider myself fortunate to have found Stone Technologies via the web! Will certainly look to Stone Technologies again if the need arises!!

Purchased the X3 sealer for an outdoor patio. Used a pump sprayer to apply. Easy to apply, and seems to be working as advertised. I ended up underestimating the amount that was needed. Patio is approximately 400 SF, and only bought one gallon. Probably applied it a bit heavy and only covered about 3/4 of the patio and had to buy more sealer. It rained two days after the first application and it was a noticable difference of what was sealed, and what was not. Happy with the company, and happy with the product. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a quality sealer.

My son coated the main room floor of my basement, which previously had electrostatic flooding. What a great cure! I show antiques down there and people constantly ask what the product is and I am happy to refer them! I have reordered to now finish the walls, and the laundry room. Great customer service too!
