Tried to keep my computer and not give it back to me because I refused to pay the “diagnostic fee”. They didn’t know exactly what was wrong with it,they didn’t even turn it on because I brought the wrong power cord. I’m not paying if nothing at all was even done, no diagnosis was given. That’s ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Police had to be involved for me to even get my laptop back from them, and no I DIDNT PAY A DIME when they got there because it was obvious the services they claimed they had done was a lie, a scam essentially to get as much money out of you as possible. Be careful, they seem nice at first and I don’t doubt they can fix computers but very dirty business practices go on here.

I am very happy with my computer , being in my 70’s I am Inpatient and I don,t like to wait, when Mike was able to get to me he worked hard to make sure I understood how to work my electronics. Thank you Mike for your kindness
