America's first indoor shopping mall? If not, close to. Amazing architectural beauty. Just stunning!

The Arcade is a beautiful shopping mall and dining experience. Covid has shut down several of the store fronts. But there are still many great experiences located in this gem. Just walking through the building gives you a wonderful feeling of nostalgia. The real hardwood doors, the guilded details, beautiful staircases, mail slots and more. Every detail reminds you of a time seemingly long gone these days. If you are in downtown Cleveland, this location is definitely worth a visit. Stop in for a great dining experience, buy some insurance, visit a chiropractor or get your nails done. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and also looked great at this time of the year.
A historical shopping mall with very delicate and beautiful interior design. Walking in the shopping mall made me feel that we had return back to several decades ago. During COVID time, there are very limited stores open, but it still worth a visit. Just simply walking around is already enjoyable.
It's a part of Clevelands downtown culture. Nice place. I bought me fedora at Mike THE HATTER. Still has match packs too. Nostalgic
We love the Arcade! It's grandeur and elegance have to be seen to be believed. The only place I will stay when in Cleveland.
