The Clewiston staff was rude and unprofessional. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I went for a COVID test and the window was disgusting. Spider webs, dead insects, dirt, etc. My appointment was at 2:10 but I decided to come in a bit early. No one else was in the line and it took them 10 minutes just to open the mic and say something. 30 minutes after I gave them the confirmation code(which they rudely asked for), I was met with the information that my application “wasn’t completed,” even though the online application won’t let you submit it without it being filled out.
