I was trying to get tested for Covid, I called the day before and was told they couldn't give me an appointment for the next day. I drove 30 minutes to be there before they opened, I called the number and they never answer. I asked the nurse that was doing the testing and she said they can't test me without an appointment but how can I get an appointment if they dont answer. The nurse apologized and she was very nice about it. After waiting and trying to call for more than an hour, with 2 kids in the car, I had to drive back home without being tested. I just wasted all morning. it will be the last time I go there!

personally had a horrible experience. Staff nice but found the \practitioner\ rude and wait time ridiculous. I would never recommend this place. Found the other negative reviews surprisingly accurate

Was on vacation to Florida. Decided to try my hand at fishing at Lake Okeechobee. Had a fishing hook stick right through my finger. Couldn’t get it out and had to go to the urgent care. These guys took extra care of me, super nice and they got it out of my hand within 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this place over and over again

I went into the clinic with pneumonia. The staff was great. They were caring and knowledgeable. They even called me a few days later to check on me. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to return.
