BEST PROSUMER DEALER OUT THERE TODAY! After having one heck of a time with one not one, but two of their competitors, I finally had a wonderful buying experience with Cliff & Pebble. Not only did they respond to all my emails within minutes, they were incredibly patient with me and walk me through every machine I was looking at in great detail. The sales people at Seattle and Whole Latte Love sounded like high school kids and didn't know a thing about the products they were trying to sell me. Cliff & Pebble talked my ear off about all their products and made me super comfortable whipping out that credit card to purchase my Quick Mill and Eureka grinder combo. Oh yeah - they gave me a great deal and assured me it can be returned within 30 days for free if I'm not in love with it. They stuck by this is as on day 28, I decided I wanted to upgrade my machine to a dual boiler. I was immediately sent a return label and the dual boiler was shipped out that same day! DONT WALK, RUN TO THESE GUYS WHEN LOOKING TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE.
Item was not in stock, even though i received several emails to make my purchase with a coupon. The reason i'm posting this review is because it affected my credit. I made purchase online with financing option, was approved and next day i receive a cancellation email. It was not until i called that i was made aware item was not in stock. Now i have a credit line i cannot use. I ended up purchasing at a different retailer.
While the coffee machine and delivery was great, when it was purchased it offered me a free canister in the shopping basket which never arrived. After emailing them they said it would not be sent as it was not meant to be apart of the offer. For the sake of a canister and keeping a customer happy one would think that they would send it without a second thought. Apparently not...It was their web site that was wrong and they did not put right their error. Rather disappointing customer service..
