This was an amazing place!!! We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect! If you want a place to stay and have privacy, (at the tent site) this is the place!! We even had our own porta-potty (and it was clean, and not stinky) right at our campsite! Fantastic weekend! Owner was easy to talk to and super nice guy!!!! We even rented our canoes from his Cliff Wold canoe store!
Cliff Wold’s did a fantastic job for us again this year! Ryan and his team are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! Everything you want in an outfitter. Food was great and plenty of it. Nice tent spots with no big RVs rolling by.
Excellent outfitter. Did 7 days in BWCA. Great equipment and plenty of food. Barracks at campground were a little hot when packed up with 16 of us. Could use AC or screen doors, but that's a few days a year problem in Ely, not months.
