This is the first review I've ever written in my life, unfortunately felt the need to write this one. So I made an appointment kind of last minute for NYE. The earliest appointment they had available was with a \senior\ lash tech. The front desk staff did advise me that because the tech I would be seeing is a \senior\ tech I would be charged an additional 20 dollars on top of my service. I was fine with that because I did understand it was last minute and I am never the type of person to haggle especially if I am satisfied with the service provided but that was not the case this time. After greeting me at the door this senior tech said no other words to me throughout the whole 2 hours she did my lashes. She would manipulate and turn my head with no warning and actually poked me twice in the eye and didn't acknowledged it even when I flinched. I just felt very uncomfortable and on top of that I paid 120 for my service and still tipped her. I get it, we all have bad days but I think after that experience I will not be returning as a customer.

Wonderful experience! Lash techs are great at what they do as well as great to talk to. I recommend Mary, she’s wonderful to talk to and does an amazing job. I waited until my second set to write a review, the lashes last mostly depending on your own upkeep. I had my first set without touch ups between 3-4 weeks and still had enough to just need a touch up and not another full set. They were nice enough to schedule me last minute on a busy day, and I really appreciate it! See you again soon! UPDATE I now go to Melanie- she is so fantastic! She’s a master and is so sweet and quick and knows exactly how I like my lashes. Happy to be a regular client for her!

Mary is the bomb.com! She has these lashes looking fierce. I love the feeling when I leave and have a full set of 'amazing' lashes. Thanx Mary, I'll be seeing you soon for my touchup :)
