The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer’s mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. I’ve been to this store twice so far and did not experience any problem in finding what I needed and also while trying to return an item I had bought at a different BBB store in NY. The parking looks wide open though there are multiple different stores and restaurants that share the same parking, so finding a spot wasn’t difficult both the times. The store has easy access to walk through the aisles and look for what you need with different specialty sections. We purchased some pillows once and when we walked in to return a pan, the store associate did the refund in a jiffy and we were out of the store in no matter of time. Even when there was a long queue of customers, everyone wore a mask and followed the 6’ distancing and the checkout was very safe.

These 5 stars are only for the manager Shane at this Clifton location. Even though I no longer want to shop with BB&B, Shane still deserves a great review because he is really fantastic at what he does. Shane went above and beyond for me and spoke to me respectfully and kindly even though I was very angry. Thank you again for the great experience Shane!
Very poor customer service. I bought pillows from an online order made at a store and payed cash and came here to shop and get my money back on the online order because it was canceled due to stock outage. They called 100 managers and then the top manager said that the person the does these these kind of returns already left and we have to come back tomorrow. Then she said go back to the store you got it from. Also, on the same day I ordered pillows online from this store and the guy that took my order put the wrong address: he made a mistake between blvd and ave. The system gives him another address to select an he chose the other address. And now the store is closed because it’s late and I can’t edit or cancel the order. Smh
Overwhelming selection of items. In a good way Ofcourse. Husbands if you’re coming with your wifes, be ready to spend a good amount of time here!
First of all I spend a lot of money at this location no but longer. Prices are extremely high and you can buy same products online even better. The manager is rude and customer service cashier a young guy is very unprofessional. He’s not only rude to customers he’s taking care of 2-3 customers at same time. Which is totally unprofessional service. This should be someone more experienced and know what their doing.
