I walked into the store looking for kitchen flooring. The woman in the store was sitting at a desk in the front of the store talking on the phone. I waited a good five minutes while she continued chatting. She finally, in a very annoyed voice, asked me if I needed help. I felt like saying, no I always walk in stores and just stand there. Anyway, she finally got off the phone and when I told her what I was looking for she looked through a couple of books and said, no we don't carry that. At that point, I simply said thank you, but you don't have what I'm looking for. Needless to say, I would never ever buy anything from that store even if they had what I wanted and they wanted to give it to me for free. Not the way to treat a customer. Very rude. The only reason I put one star is because it would not let me put zero.
