The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I asked the woman working in the evening if my clothes were ready and she responded, “of course not, look at all these tickets I have. Who’s going to wash them for me, you?” Completely uncalled for. Seemed like she was miserable to be working there. I’ll never go back.

Hello two weekends ago we started to take the clothes to wash and fold it, and today for the first time they come to look for it and they will bring it to my house, that is, it has a pick up service at the door of your house and you they bring when they have it ready, I want to say that the women who work there are a sweetness and very, very kind, she has no problem in pleasing us in everything we want with our clothes, the service is 5 stars, we love the service, thank you very much
I used to go there when a few years ago. The service now horrible! Attendant Nancy began cleaning while my clothes were in machine. Moved my cart. Almost sweep my feet! very Rude & nasty! I felt disrespected! Then started talking to a customer about Dominican people. And how she can't stand them. Lol wow..
very very rude attendant , very nasty attitude. As my first time there. Service so bad I left before putting my clothes in.
Great laundromat accept there's like three Super Suds and Lexington is actually a Super Suds and I wasn't really paying attention when I put my clothes in the washer and I went to navigate back to what I thought was the same location and I was like a block away or something at some 24 hours Super Suds but Wash and Fold is only 0.75 per pound and the dryers and washers work good from small to large it's a dollar fifty, 2.50, 3.50 depending on time for the washing machine and the dryers are cheaper. Watch out which one you go to if you're not familiar with the area because I literally almost lost my clothes but I knew I never was at 1 with 24 hour signs I just had this picture in my head of a ATM right when you walk in. By the way they don't make you buy a 5 card every time you lose yours or if you're not from the area you just pay with quarters that's a nice change no pun intended
