Clifton Park FIT is exactly what I've been looking for! If you love to workout but need a little guidance this is the place for you! The coaches are awesome and very supportive. The atmosphere is amazing...we are all there with one common goal....to be strong and healthy! I recently did their 6 week challenge and was so impressed that I signed a 1 year contract! I can't wait to see what this next year brings!! There is nothing better than your health to invest in!!

I did the 6 week challenge and it's definitely a great way to get jump started. The facility/equipment is top of the line and the trainers are fantastic. They push you to your limit and motivate you day in and day out - I've never had a bad workout. It's a little pricey but it is what held me accountable and helped motivate me. There are incentives as well in the 6 week challenge for meeting your goals which are additional motivators. Great program, I would recommend it to anyone.

I am so happy that I joined the 6-week challenge at CP FIT. In 42 Days I lost 7.5% body fat by following the meal plan and getting to 3-4 classes a week. I knew I needed to get back in shape and now feel so much stronger and leaner. The workouts are always different and challenging. I never expected to have so much fun and support along the way. I recommend Clifton Park Fit Strength and Conditioning to anyone.

I have just completed my 6 week challenge, and I am so glad I did it!. My only regret is that I did not sign up as soon as I heard about it. Even if you are not doing the challenge, this is a great place to work-out. Classes are fun and varied and the trainers are great at adapting exercises if you need to, whilst still pushing you to your best. Looking forward to continuing my classes!
