Super honest people.I dropped of a coat with what we believed to be a broken zipper. I agreed to pay 35 to have it replaced. They called me a few days later to tell me the zipper was not broken. It was a 2 piece zipper that we didn’t notice.

The sister there is amazing and super polite however the brother is the worst to deal with brought some clothing to be cleaned was originally quoted a price of 50 by the sister then later the brother called stating it was going to be more, specifically told him never mind on some of the clothes just dry clean one article since that one was 50 alone. Week later pick up my stuff only to find out they cleaned the other clothes and already charged me an additional 40, the sister apologize and said she would talk to her brother about a refund or credit however the brother calls later to say hey gave me a good deal and saw a stain he simply had wash on the clothes I told him don’t do because it was bothering him, who does that and then charges the customer and has the nerve to call saying hey I gave you a good deal.
I find this location to be really convenient to grocery shopping at Price Chopper. I continue to bring my dry clean only items here because I know they’ll get the stains out on the first try. Pricing is very reasonable and I appreciate that my clothes don’t stink like gross chemicals when I get them back.
I dropped off a silk baby sling (for baby wearing), they were able to clean it even though the metal rings stay on. Came back with most of the stains gone or nearly invisible and with the lovely silk sheen it had when it was new. I will definitely be back. Very fast and friendly counter service.
