Don’t waste your money with company will lie to you and take your money. If you need a Dot don’t use this company. Don’t follow up or return calls. Kenneth Wong lied to me I will get my DOT. Told me to lose weight and I lost 20 lbs I still didn’t get my DOT from the company I was applying for. Went to another doctor who advised me that the evaluation of their results was inaccurate. Money vultures.
Appointment scheduled on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. Walked into the front office only to be surprised how run down it looked. The pictures reflected on the website for Clinton location is of another office, don’t be fooled. I too have been waiting an entire week to hear back to schedule a sleep apnea test. As a result of the poor facility and lack of follow-thru, I won’t be returning. Solid client LOST!!!
I usually don't write reviews but since this is health related, it may save someone a big headache. Before you can have a sleep study done you have to meet with their doctor after which they are supposed to call you and schedule the sleep study. They did not and I had to call them after waiting over a week. I had sleep studys done at this location at the end of July and then a follow-up sleep study done at the beginninng of August. I was not impressed with the appearance of the facility although it did appear to be clean. They advise you to show up at least 15mins ahead of your scheduled appointment (mine was 9pm) time but when I arrived for my second study, the office was locked. There were 2 of us waiting outside the office for 25mins before their staff showed up. When the other person asked the staff member what time they are supposed to report to work at that facility they were completely ignored. I was told that I would be contacted within a week with my sleep study results but I had to contact them after 3wks to get them. It was determined that I have Severe Sleep Apnea, which is the worst kind, and need a machine to sleep with at night. Once the doctor completed my paperwork he would send it with a rescription for a breathing machine to a 3rd party so I could get my machine. He has yet to do that and Christmas is next week. I've called to check the status in September, October, and November and each time they have excuses like the doctor is backed up on his paperwork. My doctor's office has even gotten involved at this point to try to act as an advocate for me and they're frustrated as well. I mean it's only a machine I need to breathe...right? This place is a joke
I came for a consultation in early July. I've been waiting for a follow up to do the actual sleep study. I've called three times in the last 2 1/2 months. I was told that another lady would call me for an appointment... she never called. Off to the next one.
