On a camping trip and heading home to Massachusetts pulling a 30' trailer we had a wheel bearing issue with the trailer on I95 travelling north. We were able to pull off the road and did a google search on our phone and the first listing was Fleet Maintenance. Talked to Gary and he said he would take a look at it. When we pulled in Gary took a look at the issue right away. Gave us details on what it would take to repair the Trailer. We had to leave the trailer at Fleet and go home without it as it was going to take some time to get the parts. It turned out to be a mayor repair job. Within a couple of weeks it was totally repaired and we made the trip down to MD to pick it up. Amazing workmanship, very professional and so accommodating considering we were over 300 miles away from home. A super stroke of luck that we had a company so close that was to prepared to help us. Wonderful, friendly people and very professional When we returned home we received a phone call from Gary asking if we got home okay. NOW WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE??? Thanks Gary, Les, Chris and the whole crew.

Fast-courtesy service. Scheduled appointment on Friday for following Monday. Gary and crew performed required services to de-winterize and serviced our RV to make it road trip safe/ready for the holiday weekend all in one day! I had my truck towed to this shop on a Thursday. I was apprised that they would commence the diagnostics the next morning. Friday morning, no point of contact was made. Monday comes, still no update. Tuesday, I had to call them, they apprised me that they’re “working on my truck now“. On the initial time of drop off Thursday, I payed 300 solely for a diagnostic to be performed. Tuesday, after I initiated contact with them via phone, they apprised me that “we need more money” to perform MORE diagnostics. Nonetheless, they never diagnosed the issue, but expected more money! So I’m suppose to pay you more money, to perform more text AND pay you to fix it? The absurdity! I wouldn’t recommend this company ,they postulate more money , not enough work , nor communication!
