Called looking to get pulled out of a snow bank at 1:30 pm. Told he was in Albany with a truck on his flatbed that he had to drop at his yard and he'd be here. 3:30 and no show yet so I called and he told me that he was busy towing for Clinton P.D. which is fine, I understand that they take priority but a phone call would have been nice so I could try to find someone else. Now I can't find anyone till tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up Gateway!

Very nice people. They seem like very hard workers. My van was definitely a pain but atleast it’s out of the way.
