I was at the Joann fabrics 02/19/2021. I was there to pick up fabric. There was a sales associate named Judy. She was helping a elderly couple and she helped them get a coupon online and she couldn't touch their phone but she guided them through the process, and I told her she was exceptional at her job with helping that couple. She also noticed my U.S. Army Medical Corps jacket and Operation Iraqi Freedom had and made it a point to tell me about the Veteran's discount I get there. I am always happy and appreciative of the help and courtesy I get at JOANN Fabrics in Clinton, Ct.

A bit disorganized, fabrics of the same lines are ALL over the store. I have to hunt for the ones in the same line. It used to be well organized and uncluttered. New manager has slipped a bit. I love this store but it has gone downhill from what it was. New fabrics are nicer and better quality. Thank you. Unclutter the isles of ladders and such and organize fabric lines together PLEASE

In the face of total holiday madness, the staff at Joanna’s in Clinton still manages to be kind, helpful, and cheerful. I went looking for a very specific item today and they all but tore the store apart to help me find it. What a pleasant experience in the midst of such trying times for all in person shopping. Thank you for taking the time and care!

It's a smaller store than the typical ones and the shelves were sparse but the actual fabric and it's pricing phenomenal
