I pride myself on honest reviews and I see alot of negative ones here. My experience with this business wasn't too bad but the stone was a few days late for my birthday gift and I did have to pick it up even though delivery was agreed on. The rock turned out great, very happy with the quality of work. I personally would do business again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Waited over a year and a half for my fathers headstone, and still never received it. After many failed attempts to get our money back, we were forced to file a police report. It was only at this point that Fred Kincaid finally refunded our money. I would not recommend this business to anyone, especially during the hard time of ordering a headstone to honor a loved one.

Left a small rock to be engraved in May after we lost our yellow lab Bailey. Owner said he would get to in the next week. After several weeks checked back to see if it was done to which he replied it would be in the next week. On July 10 th he called to verify the name and said he was working on and if i could pick up next day. When i stopped to pick up he said again it was not done. This after nearly 3 months to do a 10 minute job. If he would of said from the beginning it would be 6 months that would be different but made it sound like it would be quick turn around. Could of ordered online and got back in a week. Take your business elsewhere. Zero stars is the most accurate review of this business and I would love to business locally but save your time go elsewhere or online. Kirt Dell

I needed a family antique sand blasted. I trusted it was in good hands. It was taken care of properly. The fast service surprised me, and the quality of the job was great. I would definitely recommend this company. Anything i need done i will call them first.

I ordered a custom designed stone for my son and his fiancé from this company. There was an error, but the owner was very responsive about making things right and even delivered the corrected stone to my mother's home for me to pick up, as I live out of town. I certainly intend to use this company again in the future because the owner did a great job for a reasonable price.
