This has to be the worst builder in the area. Their managers are rude. The workmanship is well below code. They are selling houses here on lots with groundwater that they know is seeping into the foundations but are not telling the buyers before they go to settlement. Class-action lawsuits are piling up....be careful dealing with these people.

New construction home and Roof leak within 6 months of purchase. Lennar wouldn't have roof inspected, said I had to hire my own roofer. Also spray painted water spot on ceiling. When I requested replacement of drywall Lennar referred me to the warranty which stated that Lennar makes decisions on how issues are repaired. Walls are pushing out in spots. Customer service representative is absolutely no assistance and problems with area managers. Lots of other issues.
