Staff treats other adults like children the level of care is very poor in the majority of the staff. It seems like it’s a burden for them to treat you. Anytime you have a question or need some thing they look at you like they don’t want to help you or they look at you like it’s an inconvenience. There is a lot of under trained individuals that make multiple mistakes making the visit unpleasant. I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this hospital unless it’s an absolute emergency even then you can drive 20 minutes to the Dewitt Genesis hospital and know you’ll be treated right. I would rather get treated by someone with a good attitude who doesn’t know what they are doing over someone with a bad attitude! Step it up staff it’s embarrassing you represent our medical staff in this city.

I was recently there having procedure in the Gastrointestinal Dept. Cannot complain of anything....kind nurses, and other caregivers on the staff. Dr. Lori Harsh is Terrific. This being my 4th procedure, and I will certainly choose MercyOne for my next!!

Do not recommend at all. Was charged somebody else’s bill not once but twice! The day after I received this bill from them that I shouldn’t have gotten, I got a letter from collections because they apparently sent me there the same day they sent me this bill. It took 4 months of phone calls and checking up on people to make sure they were doing their jobs before the issue was finally fixed. Not a single person I spoke to would even tell me what the charges were even for for the first 3 months of dealing with them.

the worst service ive ever had if it doesnt jump out and bite them they give up on you and start to ignore you. You have to make your own appointment or you just dont hear from them unless it the machine calling the lack of care is unbelievable
