Had sneakers replaced, and the only reason it is not 5 reviews is because the shoes needed to be replaced due to damage to the show that had nothing to do with me. But they were nice and replaced shoes with no questions.

I called this morning to ask store hours. A female employee answered phone. And she said open at 10am. I drive 45 minutes to arrive Nike store. I'm standing outside the door waiting to start business. Then another employee told me They will open at 11am. Thank you for waste my time! Very bad experience！

Large store. We went twice. One time, no wait but a short wait the second time to get in. Nice and helpful staff. Cashier helped my boyfriend save a good amount!

They said that they do the extreme sizing discount on size 13.5 & up but wouldn't do it on a size 14. This is why I shop at the stores in NY & NJ.
