To start with I had issues with there customer service people on getting a safety check set up to be done after filing out the application that they emailed me start with. I was told that I would hear back from them as soon as I emailed it back in. Well it took 2 days to get anywhere after I emailed it all back in. I called a few times and went into there office without any luck. But it's all good. They came out on a Monday to hook up my tank and do the safety check and hooked up my tank for me. The service man was very nice and he came earlier than I was told they were coming. They came out on Wednesday and filled my tank up for me and the delivery man was very nice. I'm going to give 5 stars on this review but the I think that the customer service people in the Clinton NC office should be more customer friendly to there customers

I moved to Wilmington from the Lake Norman area. I called Parker to set me up as a new customer. I spoke with a Felicia. She was difficult to say the least. After giving her the property address, she told me that there was an outstanding bill by the former property owner and I could not be set up as a customer until the former owner paid off their account. Now, how am I supposed to make that happen? After going around and around with her, arguing my logic against her non-logic, I finally just said, I'm going with a different company and hung up on her. TERRIBLE service.
From the installation four years ago until now, have always received great service. The last time I asked for a delivery, I was told they don't go out unless the tank is 30% or below which was odd. However, the delivery was made a couple of days later. Nice company with friendly, efficient service.
We have never had any problems with Parker Gas always professional people to help you with anything you need. Very knowledgeable.
Excellent customer service provided. Particularly appreciate and value Ham and Earl these guys are great people!
