I loved that everyone was so helpful. The people was nice and everything was convenient and fast. It's better than the emergency room. And I received my medicine as soon as I was done. No wait time. I wish I could make this place my Primary Care

This was not the first urgent care I tried to go to today. I was turned away from the other because some of my symptoms matched with Covid symptoms like nausea and headache.When I called and asked if I could come I was told, \This is a walk-in clinic.\ When I asked for clarification, that was repeated. I almost looked for another place. When I got there, reception was very nice and check-in was fast. After a short wait in my car, I was called into my room. I waited 30 minutes for the doctor because there were 2 people in front of me. The doctor quickly diagnosed my problem, it felt too fast and when I asked several questions and repeated my symptoms, he slowed down and listened to all I had to say. Overall it was good. If he hadn't rushed and missed what I told him, it would have been a 5.
I love Patients First in Clinton. The professionalism, kindness, friendliness and convenience is far beyond a 10. It’s my go-to for Urgent Care and I do have a primary care physician. Thank you so much for your service! Stay safe! ️
The nurse Iris who administered my COVID test is great. I didn't catch the name of the young lady who did my registration over the phone when I arrived, but she was also very quick and efficient. The process was handled very well by all at Pateint First; from the online appointment setting, all the way through the actual test.
