*** UPDATE... I EMAILED THE BELOW GUY THAT SAID HE WOULD HELP EVEN ATTACHED A VIDEO SO HE COULD HEAR THE RACKET.. NO REPLY. SO SAID TO SEE SUCH POOR CUSOMER SERVICE**** SEE ATTACHED PHOTO OF THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT stars have gone down to 2. We bought a brand new washer & dryer. Had an issue with a leak & the washer making LOTS of.noise while its on. The gears are very loud and eve every cycle is super LOUD. Service guy fixed the leak (after 3 visits) but said the noise is normal.. Actually said its because the parts they use are so cheap any more. Thanks Kenmore! Won't buy from Sears or a Kenmore product again.
