No need to google or call the number, they’re not going to answer. They never answer the phones... they can be rude. The guy up there isn’t so bad. You’ll have to go up there, to the office in Clinton, and take your pick to stand in either 2 lines, then more than likely fill out a new form.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED AND THEY NEVER CALLED NE BACK AND NOW I HAVE A LETTER SAYING IM DENIED. I JUST MOVED HERE FROM ANOTHER STATE AND MY SON HAS A HEART CONDITION AND I NEED HELP AND THEY WONT ANSWER ME. I WENT THERE IN PERSON AND THEY TOLD ME TO JUST LEAVE AND THEY WOULD CALL ME. If I was one of these homeless people I would have all the help!!!!

The number it states here is wrong. I can't get a hold of anyone regarding a letter they sent me this happens all the time it's ridiculous. They need to get new management and post the right phone number

I haven't received my food stamps this month. NO ONE WILL ANSWER TJR THE PHONE. it's like they just sit there and listen to the phone ring, and they don't call you back either. I am one ANGRY mother, that will be showing up tomorrow at the office!

The website is horrible; navigation is ridiculously poor and the information is really lackluster. Calling any division is asking to get hung up on. Mail is such a huge waste of resources, slow and easily lost by either the post, the department, or the person in need. Figure out how to help they way people need help.
