Disgusting hospital. One of the emergency room nurses was disgustingly rude about giving me information about my bfs discharge. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Save yourself the stress and anxiety and go to a different hospital. Worst staff ever. They neglected my bf by not feeding him or giving him his medication that he needs. What a disgusting hospital.

My sister had a heart attack December 28, then a week later went into septic shock requiring ICU admission and a ventilator. The family is having a very difficult time getting information from physicians and nurses. There does not seem to be a clear way to communicate. My sister can no longer use her cell phone to communicate with us and we have one person from the family as the point person to get information. She is careful not to call during change of shift, etc and she only calls 2-3 times per day. Now my sister is in a telemetry room with delirium and NO ONE CAN VISIT. Before the heart attack my sister was working and driving and now all she can do is lay in the bed and make grunting noises per the nurses. Why cant exceptions be made for confused patients without COVID. I am a retired nurse and I know that if my sister does not get help soon she may never recover. A family member at the bedside will make all the difference to have her return to her former level of functioning. Please Help!

I’ve had my two kids here, been to the emergency a few times over a span of 12 years and this hospital is great. From the staff, treatment, cleanliness and so on. I just got discharged from the emergency after being checked for COVID and having tests/ X-rays done for chest tightness. And I have to say, another great experience...they had me in and out, were incredibly friendly and assured me on how to keep myself healthy and my family safe. I don’t think I’d ever want to go anywhere else. Thank you all for your service!!!!
