Administration of COVID vaccine went like clock work. All staff and volunteers were knowledgeable, professional and polite. From check in to scheduling a second dose went smoothly. Outstanding job. Thank you.

Challenging obtaining Covid vaccine appointments online or via phone. Was able to secure an appointment for my wife online. If appointment was booked online you get the Pfizer vaccine. If your appointment is made over the phone you get the Moderna Vaccine.

Very rude.. Horrible customer service.. I spoke to the man at the table when I walked in.. I said hello how are you! He didn't say one word to me just looked at me... Then I told him what I needed assistance with.. He directed me to the sign on the door.. Treated me like garbage... Horrible place.. I don't know how people get these jobs acting this way... Unbelievable! 0 stars

Well guys, Everybody judges in base of their personal experience. And I could say that my experience was a five-star. I was scheduled for an appointment at 9:30 AM and I was probably talking to my specialist at 9:35 tops. My specialist Mrs D. Broaden Was amazing. Super friendly helpful I would say she’s an angel. So I would say disregard those one star reviews . Not saying they are not true but just saying it depends on the circumstances. Thanks

Jewlz THE FAM!!!

I have been trying to reach my caseworker for a week now!! Left him countless voicemails and his supervisor, as well. I heard from my caseworker for the first time, a week ago, through a voicemail. He said I had an appointment to be on the phone with him - I didnt get the notice for this appointment until three days AFTER that phone call! Since the missed call, I have been calling every day. My deadline is today for documentation. I sent in the documents requested WITH the application and yet I'm getting all these requests for documents they should already have!! So unorganized! All the effort I have put in to reach someone, my application is going to get denied due to my caseworker's incompetence. Even though I was on top of everything and did my part to the fullest. Customer service has been no help. All they do is forward you to the supervisor, who also doesn't call back. If this is considered the main source of help for Michigan, it's no wonder there are so many families suffering.
