Took wall clock in for repair and was fixed while I waited. Ken did a great job!! Really appreciated fast service and that he took time to discuss how to wind and set time. I highly recommend MTE based on my experience 5 stars

Outstanding! I have a wallclock that has enormous sentimental value to me that didnt work :(. I took it to a shop in Troy a few yrs ago and was told it would cost literally 10 times more to fix it! I couldn't afford that, so it sat in my basement. Not only did Ken fix it while I waited, he charged me a fraction of the price! I can't thank you enough for not only bringing this clock back to life, but for your honesty. You have a customer for life.

I reached out to Ken to repair a Movado watch that wasn't working. He was very pleasant over the phone, as well as in person. He repaired my watch within minutes and I could not have been happier or pleased with his service. I will definitely reach out to him for any watch or clock needs in the future!

I have a vintage Omega Seamaster DeVille watch that my father gave me back in the 1960's so it's very special to me. The watch was giving me problems loosing time excessively and the hands seemed very loose and when I pushed the crown in the minute hand would jump about a minute. I took the watch to a couple of watch repair shops and a jewelry store and they all told me your watch probably needs an overhaul. I contacted MTE for the first time and spoke with Ken and he told me he could have a look at it. As soon as I met Ken he was friendly and listened to my issue. He drew a sketch and explained that there is a pinion gear that if he is able to spin with tweezers then the watch has lost the friction needed to run properly. I left the watch with him on Thursday afternoon and he called me Friday evening and told me the friction issue was fixed, the watch is running fine. The movement is clean but it was dry so while I had it open I lubricated the jewels, so there is no need of an overhaul. He said it's running now, I've got it on the watch winder so I'll keep monitoring it, you can pick it up tomorrow Saturday if you want. He had my watch less than 48 hrs. and I have to say Ken is amazing, he is honest and trustworthy and is an absolute genius in my opinion. From this point on MTE is my go to source for watch and clock repairs and since I am a watch collector MTE is for me. Thank you Ken for your great service, fantastic job. Molto bene, grazie compagno, Rick Charles
