We bought a used RV from an individual who had bought the RV new from Wilder RV. We needed a significant repair for damage due to a long term, undetected water leak. We got estimates from two Kansas City RV repair and service companies we trusted with previous RV repairs. Then, we sought an estimate from Wilder RV. Their estimate was about 50% less! We trusted Wilder and had the repairs done by them. They did a fantastic job. I cannot imagine the repair being done any better. So, we had great service at half the price. Needless to say, we are now loyal customers of Wilder RV because of their honesty and competence. It was well worth the drive to Clinton, MO.

Fabulous customer service and great quality travel trailers for sale. Clinton, Preston, Cliff, and everyone we worked with and talked to while we were there purchasing our Highland Ridge Open Range travel trailer was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, professional, and treated our 2 rambunctious kids like royalty. Nice selection of RV supplies. Knowledgeable staff but could probably step it up on greeting customers. Seems to have a quality service department and pretty big inventory of new campers. I feel comfortable leaving my RV with them but it usually busts my wallet when I do.

We found our RV on a website and called and talked to Clinton. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and a straight shooter. He answered all my questions and was very patient and informative. He reassured me of no hidden costs. When we arrived we were met with very friendly people and they took the time to explain everything, how everything worked and helped us with the added accessories we needed for our fifth wheel. They gave us a 250 in store credit which was very nice, and I have since called to ask a question and it was answered satisfactorily. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase one! They stand behind their words. Thank You
