Tim Gehling made a quick trip to snow blow my driveway if a 4 1/2 foot high snow drift. My father passed away January 12 th and my dear mother is at Bishop Drumm nursing home. I now can get out of my driveway to be with my sweet mother of 59 years thanks to Tim Gehling ️ Words cannot express how kind and caring Tim was to me in one of my deepest feelings. My siding was damaged by the HOA lawn mowers. Tim (Sentry Management service tech) did an OUTSTANDING job!! Tim was kind, conscientious, took the time to explain what he was going to do, and did the work PERFECTLY! I cannot even see where the damage was done now...the siding he replaced was an exact match! EXCELLENT WORK!!

Michelle has more than 10 years of association management experience and responds in a timely manner to association members. Excellent staff who are always willing to assist and help with issues that arise. Michelle is a valued team member with the association Board of Directors. The staff are professionals who understand the importance of customer service.

The level of customer service here is acceptable, as long as you can get a hold of someone. Good luck doing that. The automated system just puts you in an infinite loop and no one answers their phone if you dial extensions directly.
