We started our project renovating two walk in closets and our bathroom closet shortly before COVID. As soon as Closet Factory re started production Brian was with us every step of the way. His design ideas coupled with his very hard work led to completion of our project one month ago and he helped us to stay within our budget. That’s not something we can often say. To say we love how everything came out is an understatement! Everything was first class from the start. The demolition team was fast and neat. The installer team was incredible. Professional..went way above and beyond. Extremely neat and clean and obviously very experienced. I would highly recommend Closet Factory , Brian and his entire team.

Closet Factory did great job for my home office custom design, built, to installation. We were lucky to work with Mary Jane (MJ) Votypka as the designer. She worked with us from beginning to the end, very responsive and patient, very customer oriented and detail driven. We have several rounds of back and forth, changes of layout, color, and many details. She had her professional advice and helped us to make our decision. We liked their installer as well because they paid attention to all details, made everything sharp. We are very happy and feel lucky for choosing Closet Factory for this home office project.
Due to the pandemic, apparently demand for custom closets is high so it took a few months to get my custom pantry completed. Also because of the pandemic, supplies of materials are slow. I was planning on having 108” high panels in my pantry but I would have had to wait even longer to get that. So they split the pieces and stacked them instead. When the pantry was finally complete, I was so happy. I love the way it turned out. I only wish they backed their pieces instead of just using the wall as the back. It’s not really noticeable, but feels somewhat incomplete to me. Overall I am satisfied with the product and the way it turned out.
The sales lady was very helpful with my choices and knowledgeable. Costco uses very dependable companies. The follow up with installation was poor with the installation. I requested one day installation because I work 6 days a week. She made the appointment about 2 months before. The day of installation I received an email that it will be 2 day installation. No one communicated with me before. I called the sales lady quite a few times but no response from her. The installer was an amazing person who did the job in one day. Thank you for the installer. Very professional and did an excellent job Thank You for the installer. Then she called to see how the job was. Thank You for the installer again. The final result was great.
The Closet Factory designed and built an entertainment center beyond our expectations. Design was beautiful. Construction was seamless and professional. They are reliable and trustworthy. Every detail of the spec was completed perfectly and on time. Lori Newman, our designer, has our highest recommendation. Five Star.
