My wife has been wanting to redo our closet for years but I'll be honest, I wasn't 100% on board. Since the consultation was free, I was willing to see what they had to offer. The designer we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas on how to maximize the space in our tight closet and keep my wife on budget. I told her my biggest \want\ was to have space for all my hats. She took the time to count and measure everything to make sure it would all fit in the final design. I was floored when we moved all our stuff back into the closet after install. Everything fit perfectly the space was designed to a T, total customization. I was blown away with how well it turned out and my wife was ecstatic. Thoroughly impressed with the entire process. From the design to installation, Closet Factory was professional, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. Plan to have them come out to tackle our laundry room and garage next.

I hired Closet Factory for a closet installation in Sun City after my friend Sue had her closet redone by them. We downsized with retirement and while I love my new home, figuring out where to put 65years of stuff was a constant source of aggravation! I could not be happier with the final result. From the appointment with the designer Sarah, all the way to installation, everyone was a joy to work with. They did a fabulous job on my walk in and left my closet and their work area spotless when they were done. Highly recommend!
These guys don’t have a clue about closets. The entire project (6 walk in closets and 1 mud room) was botched by them. If you value your time and money go with someone else. For instance, they are supposed to be a closet company and can’t even get the basics like a drawer properly designed, aligned and installed. The drawers are so flimsy and rough that I scratch myself every time I use it. Please don’t have a repeat of my experience, read the contract carefully- they will take most of your money before installation and leave you with a shoddy job and you can’t do anything. If you still decide to go with them, do it through Costco. I am not sure why Costco decided to include closet factory as a vendor but atleast you have the Costco brand which might save you a lot of senseless pain and troubles. To the owner- Please come, complete the job and fix everything since there is a lifetime warranty so that I can give you a positive review. Taking the entire amount and answering a review with irrelevant details does not change the fact that closet factory has no clue what they are doing when it comes to closets.
We needed a custom entertainment center. Briana was the main point of contact and she was absolutely wonderful! Our entertainment center came on time and is beautifully made. Briana is very easy to talk to and listened to our needs. 100% would recommend Closet Factory! I attached an image so you can see (there will be another glass cabinet on the right and a marble counter top where the TV will go.)
If you are looking to renovate and spruce up your closet, look no further! We had such an amazing experience with Closet Factory Austin and I couldn't be happier. I first came across the company when a neighbor was getting work done and we saw the company van outside their home. I decided to give them a call and spoke to Holly. I had no idea or concept of what I wanted, all I knew is that I wanted a gorgeous closet for our new home and all that my husband wanted is to place his belongings into the master closet. Our closet in our previous home couldn't house both of our things so he was using the guest room closet. Holly was so pleasant and thorough in her guidance through their process. She set up a meeting with Jason who is the designer/owner and we went from there. We had such a great experience with the team designing our closet that we decided to get our secondary closet and mudroom done with the company as well. It looks amazing but more importantly the whole experience was just so easy and pleasant. We had issues with the installation of our flooring being delayed through another contractor and the Closet Factory Austin worked with us and our schedule to make sure everything went smoothly causing less stress on our family. They genuinely care about their clients and I look forward to working with them in the near future for more projects!
