CGI's online private classes at CGI have been invaluable to my 87- and 88-year old parents during the COVID pandemic. They do them together from home every week. The instructors at CGI have taken extra special care to keep up their balance, immunity, and positive mindset throughout the pandemic. Don't know what we would have done without them! I also attend regular classes 3X weekly. I highly recommend CGI’s classes!!!!!

My husband and i have taken private and group classes in New City. It has been wonderful in so many ways. Marlene is extremely talented and her classes are terrific. We both work full time and juggle a crazy schedule. Our time spent with CGI has been emotionally, physically and spiritually therapeutic. It's the best gift we give ourselves every week!

The Chocolate Macadamia facial is AMAZING!! This facial is plant based and my skin is refreshed, soft, and hydrated. I am glowing!! I have very sensitive skin and suffer from psoriasis and I HIGHLY recommend! It’s currently on special for Valentine’s Day!! The esthetician, Jiyoung, made me feel super comfortable and explained how it all worked beforehand. I have had many facials but this by far was the very BEST!! Please stop in and see her!!!
