I've been looking to get a facial done. I called Cloud 9 Day Spa to get information on facials they provided, see which products they use, and also, if it worked for me. 1st, I kept getting a voicemail. I didnt get a phone call back until two days later. A woman called me back, she was like rushing me and did not give me a chance to speak. I had questions and she kept interrupting asking what my name was. I gave her my name and continued to speak. She kept asking for more information and I said to her may I please continue to see if you guys even have the services that I want and need? She said to get you an appointment I need to get your information to even place you on the schedule. I said I don't know if I want to be placed on the schedule yet, I want to know if this is the right fit for me. She said well this sounds like it's not the right fit for you and hung up! Very rude, totally unprofessional! I do not recommend this place to anybody, just based on her customers service alone and hanging up on me!! You would think they would want business and customers but she pushed me away! I called back after she hung up on me and she did not answer however, sent me a text stating \Do not contact us again for any service.\ I responded and said I read your reviews. I can't believe how horrible and unprofessional you guys are! Look at this text you just sent me! I didn't get a response back. I tried to screenshot the text messages so I could upload it here for everyone to see, but it won't let me attach it on here.

If you are getting a Groupon beware of hidden fees!!!!! They charge you a 31 service fee on top of a gratuity that is \conveniently\ not mentioned when you make the appointment. Shady! When its all said and done and after all their \secret\ fees you end up paying the same amount for a massage that you would pay in an upscale spa! Don't spend your money here!

Run. DO NOT BOOK. Do not give this woman your credit card information. This place fraudulent. Stay away. I can't believe this person is even still in business after all these horrible reviews and after seeing how she interacts with customers. My husband purchased a Groupon then tried to schedule an appointment, which took forever to receive a call back despite their telephone message saying they respond with 24 hours. When my husband scheduled the appointment, she was rude and condescending when he tried to ask clarifying questions. So we cancelled the appointment, which was a month away. However, when we went back to Groupon to process the refund, we can see that she (the owner) had already redeemed the voucher on the day that we booked the appointment. By redeeming the Groupon voucher, she is attesting to Groupon that she performed the services, although SHE DID NOT. She is a scam artist and a fraud. Do not book. Read all the other reviews. You can tell by her responses to other reviewers that she is unprofessional.

This is my second review. Just like always, it is the VERY BEST place to go for a massage! I very highly recommend this spa! Irena is very hospitable and welcoming! She does the greatest massage! There is absolutely no reason for anyone to not appreciate the great service here! You won't find any spas that are better than this one! Cloud 9 is top number one place to recieve the very BEST service!

Do not even attempt to go here, no matter what they say. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. Changed my appointment so many times. Tried to upsell me on a better massage and get me to join a massage membership. Clearly they don’t care. Nothing but a desperate scammer. Reporting to the BBB, the City of Milford and the State of Connecticut. Avoid avoid avoid
