Stay far far far away I was a client of Guillermo for at least the last past 10 years or so, we waited a full month to get an appointment. When the day of our appointment came we was blown off without even a call to say sorry to reschedule. When we called to say why Guillermo did not call us or why someone from the office to say why the cancelled and blew us off, we got nothing but excuses and gave us the run around constantly. They Gave us another rescheduled appointment to do our taxes once again we was blown off, and given the run around and lied to about how we was going to be called back. Very frustrating dealing with the lack of professionalism they serve you with. it would probably be easier to get hold of the President of the United States than this establishment. I refuse to give Guillermo anymore of my time or business or one more dollar, just to be treated like a second hand citizen,and as if your time is worthless, the loyalty they show for the needs of their long time clients for so many years is downright shameful and awful. I wish I could give zero stars but it won't allow that. If you like being blown off pushed to the side and have all the time in the world to waste. And like to be made to feel unimportant than hey go for it.......... I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be passing the word to several friends and coworkers of my husband who have also used your business Not cool how you've treated us so poorly.

I love these guys! I've done my taxes with both Guillermo and Jose and both are knowledgeable and eager to explain (I tend to ask lots of questions). I tend to book my appointments in November or December to make sure I have a spot early on as their office tends to be packed with clients though this year due to covid I used their client portal and had a virtual meeting with Guillermo and safe to say this is how I will file from now on since the process was a lot easier than I thought and I didn't even have to leave my living room. Thanks guys! Ya'll know more than all the accountants I use to deal with combined

I’m so grateful I found Cloud Acc Pro. Guillermo saved me from losing my home and business during the pandemic. I started my pet grooming business at the beginning of 2020 and had invested all my life savings into it.
