I know they have good ratings. But right now they are not treating me as a customer properly. I purchased a water pump from them and after 2 weeks of use the pump went out. I returned the pump on their request. They have still not "decided" if they will refund my money. Very poor customer service and I am getting the run around when they sold me a defective pump. I can provide pictures where the pump itself was hitting a wire when spinning, clearly an issue with the pump. I hope to get resolution soon.
