This is a really nice place to go and the staff are very nice. but after 8 am there is a guy called nacho, white, tall, black hair, which has the worst attitude ever he talk to the customers if he has and issue and I don’t understand how some with that attitude can work on customer service.

Clean rooms/areas , friendly staff. The negative reviews are not accurate at all. Prices are clearly posted at the front. They have non-alcoholic beverages/bottle water & personal supplies on sale at counter. Prices were ok. I would bring sandals or water moccasins just for comfort. Free wifi. I did have trouble finding the main front entrance but look for the tinted glass door with white letters \private\ on it. I went over 1 hr on time but staff was kind of enough to do a partial charge 8 instead of full renew rate. If you plan to visit more than 3x in 6 months Get the membership! Well worth it. Will visit again!
Visited first time ever to a place like this Private Club and was not sure what to expect. Place is fabulous snd very well kept clean wow ! Clean yes wow! I will say the staff was very nice acomidating . For my first time found everything ok snd the rooms we amazing. Hot Tub Sauna Pool was all great . People everyone in the club was friendly and no one rude but very nice . I will have to say look forward to going back it’s that good would go a couple times a month very relaxing !
*****Called on 1/15/2021 and though I was told I would be removed from the list via email from manager, I had not!!! Not sure what to do! Recieved a prompt response and was assured that I was removed from banned status and looking forward to my next visit!!! Thoroughly enjoyed my bimonthly visits to CD. Especially following their much-anticipated renovation and completion. However, much to my chagrin, at the end of August, I attempted to visit and informed that I had been banned! Without any explanation! I was is dumbfounded as I had always enjoyed visiting this place. I never drank, partied and actually just went there for rest and relaxation so how are usually hardly even leave my room; however in the last couple of visits, I have gone into common areas like the restroom and the smoke area and (absent-mindedly) forgotten to put on my mask! It is the strangest thing since I had been a sporadic customer for nearly a decade without incident! An acquaintance told me that they have a history of racially profiling, however that was not my experience at all! I'm not going to drive myself crazy trying to figure out why I'll just chalk it up as their loss. Honestly, I really enjoyed myself there; I hate to think it might be the my covid-19 and by that I mean the 19 lbs I gained over the quarantine! LOL. I guess I'll never know. Bummer.
Not a good time to visit CDallas. Not sure if it's because of Covid or other things. But you are required to pay for a room if you are older than 24. Even if two people are sharing a room each of you have to pay same price for that one room. Lockers not available unless you are 18-24 years old. Also, no bags allowed, so getting dressed with your basic necessities like deodorant, toothbrush, comb, etc. essentially aren't allowed. Also, showers are closed, and you are limited to 4 hours maximum stay per visit. Room cost per person for 4 hours is about 40 bucks.
